Bali Eats: Corner House, Seminyak

Two years ago, eating was never at the top of my mind. I would scour cute little shops for trinkets that you’d never find in Kuala Lumpur or Singapore. Fast forward today, I find myself inside the cosy, buzzing Corner House, over ordering as usual because I was greedy. I’ve discovered the joy of exploring new places to eat and dine with my best friend, Sherelyn. She has a knack of making sure we cover the right places, so I rely wholeheartedly on her decisions – food-wise, and maybe life matters.

When entering the café, you’ll be greeted by rustic concrete floorings, simple wood furniture and smiley staff members. We took our place by the large windows so we could people-watch as well. There is an outdoor patio too, which makes for a romantic evening  amidst the lush greenery.

When we got down to eating, I got so greedy that I ordered and walloped three dishes off the menu. You should have seen the look of the other patrons around us! I wanted olives, so I got olives, together with ham and toasties and fries with some mini burgers. Bar food, nonetheless but I didn’t waste my food, so there. Sher had a yummy tuna avocado dish with chips and salad. This was how it looked, a meal for two #girlswhoeat
